Innova Camera organizes the event titled “Maker Faire – The European Edition” (hereinafter also referred to as the Event) under license from Make Community LLC, a US entity located at 150 Todd Road, Suite 200, Santa Rosa, CA, 95407, USA. The Maker Faire trademark is the property of the aforementioned company.
The Maker Faire and Maker Faire Rome trademarks may only be used with the prior consent of Make Community LLC and Innova Camera.
The trademarks and logos of the Event’s partners belong to their respective owners and may only be used under the conditions granted by them.
Use of the Site and Contents

The Site aims to provide information regarding the Maker Faire Rome event and related events, including details on the program, exhibitors, venue, ticketing, methods of participation, and connected services.
Innova Camera directly handles the collection of information and updates to its pages; however, it cannot guarantee that the Site is free from technical problems related to the operation of the archives used for updates.
Innova Camera takes care with the quality of the published information; nevertheless, given the variety of sources used and the large number of available pages, it is possible that some information may not be current/valid. Should errors be found, Innova Camera will arrange for their relevant correction.
The information contained on the Site is subject to continuous updates; therefore, it may be modified, updated, or deleted at the discretion of Innova Camera.

The content and images published in the archive of previous editions of the event are purely for historical archive purposes.
