Maker Faire Rome – The European Edition will take place from 23 to 25 October 2026 at the Gazometro Ostiense.

The event brings together startups, entrepreneurs, schools, universities, researchers and makers working across digital culture, applied research and practical experimentation.

It is an opportunity to present your project at one of Europe’s leading public events for technology, creativity and applied innovation.

The calls provide a direct route to take part in an international event dedicated to digital culture, entrepreneurship and creative practice.

Applications for the 14th edition are closed. The deadline was 30 June 2026.

The Call for Makers is open to makers, startups, and creative teams who wish to showcase their work at Maker Faire Rome.
Selected projects receive free exhibition space, including basic set-up, electricity and Wi-Fi, subject to the conditions set out in the rules.

The Call for Schools is open to Italian and European upper secondary schools.
Selected schools receive free exhibition space. State schools outside the Municipality of Rome may also receive a partial contribution towards travel and accommodation costs.
