Tickets are not personal.
Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation.
A service fee will be added to the ticket price by the online ticketing platform.
To ensure smooth visitor flow, entry times are scheduled between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
When purchasing, you may select your preferred entry time; for example, if you choose 12:00 PM, you may enter from 12:00 PM onwards.
Access to individual areas within the venue is subject to capacity at the time of arrival.

School visits

School groups can book and purchase reduced-price tickets through a dedicated office opening in September. Accompanying teachers and disabled visitors are free.

Free Entry

Children under 4 years old
Children under 4 years old enter free; no ticket is required.

Disabled visitors
A single free admission is possible for a visitor with 100% disability, subject to availability. A companion of a disabled visitor is entitled to free admission only if the disabled visitor is unable to look after themselves.
This type of ticket must be requested in advance by emailing serviziodisabili@boxol.it, specifying the requested date and submitting documentation proving this, omitting the medical condition for privacy reasons.
This service is available online only; tickets cannot be obtained on-site.

Is there a ticket office available at the event entrances?

No, it is not possible to purchase tickets on site; tickets can only be purchased online.

Once I enter the event area, can I leave and re-enter?

No, once you have entered the event area, it will not be possible to exit and re-enter with the same ticket.

Is it possible to purchase food inside the event area?

Yes, there are several refreshment points available within the event, capable of satisfying every need.

Is there a map of the exhibition area?

Yes, you can pick up a paper map at the entrance to help you find your way around the event. A digital version can be downloaded from the website under the Info menu.
