The low environmental impact of the production of innovative functional fruit-based foods

The Webinar intends to present the objectives of the FRUFUN Operating Group, established within the scope of measure 16.1 of the PSR Lazio 2014-2020, and born from the collaboration between researchers of CREA Engineering and agri-food transformations, University of Tuscia and FOSAN and with some fruit producers of the Sabina area. The scope is to apply innovative methods for a low environmental impact production of innovative functional fruit-based foods produced by agricultural enterprises of the Sabina area.
