  1. Participation categories and sectoral product exclusivity rights:

The organiser will accept requests for sectoral product exclusivity, in the different categories of participation envisaged, according to the criteria indicated below:

MAIN category: the exclusive right is provided for its own sectoral product category, requested by the Sponsor/Partner, on the Main, Gold, Silver and Bronze levels. If multiple entities request exclusivity for the same sectoral product category, the Partner/Sponsor will be selected in the following ways:

  • If the Sponsor/Partner candidates apply requesting exclusivity for a product category and agree to the maximum amount foreseen for the level, chronological order will be used.
  • The organiser reserves the right to conduct further negotiations if multiple Sponsor/Partner candidates apply requesting exclusivity for the same product category, offering an amount lower than the maximum foreseen for the level. In this case, the candidate proposing the highest amount will prevail, or in the case of a tie, the first to make the proposal.

Product exclusivity cannot be recognised to Sponsors/Partners, as potentially competing entities, which have already signed a contractual agreement with the organiser at the date of the request.

GOLD category: the exclusive right is provided for its own sectoral product category, upon the Sponsor/Partner’s request, on the Gold, Silver and Bronze levels. In this case, the candidate proposing the highest amount will prevail, or in the case of a tie, the first to make the proposal.

Product exclusivity cannot be recognised to Sponsors/Partners, as potentially competing entities, which have already signed a contractual agreement with the organiser at the date of the request.

BRONZE category: without exclusive product right.

FAN – BOOSTER PASS category: without sectoral product exclusivity rights.
