Opening Conference “Fast Forward – The Future In The Making”

The 2021 theme was “Fast Forward I The Future In The Making: the recognition of circumstances that have accelerated long-overdue changes and the celebration of the “doing” that has made it possible to manage the uncertainty of these interminable months since the pandemic began.

At the Gazometro Ostiense about 250 exhibitors present in 6 thematic areas organized in 11 exhibition spaces exhibited: Research, Fabrication, Arts, Life, Health, Education, the stands of the exhibitors – makers and companies – their projects and the opportunity to meet and compare them with all of them.

 

Digital Maker Faire Rome

Following the success of last year’s edition, this year, Maker Faire Rome has been accompanied by a completely revamped digital platform completely free.

From home it was possible to directly explore the projects present and meet over 300 exhibitors, interact with makers and innovators from all sectors, simply by clicking on a link.

Workshops and talks in the 2020 digital edition were attended by thousands of people. Again this year, we want to offer our audience a rich educational and informative programme. From the comfort of your own home, you can choose from more than 50 workshops on artificial intelligence, robotics, kids and education, recycling and upcycling, new manufacturing, food, energy and sustainability and much more.
