Low environmental impact production of innovative functional foods with fruit produced by agricultural businesses in the Sabine area
The FRUFUN Operating Group, set up under measure 16.1 of the Lazio PSR 2014-2020, was born from the collaboration between researchers of CREA Engineering and agri-food transformations, University of Tuscia and FOSAN and some fruit producers of the Sabina area aiming to apoly innovative methods for a low environmental impact production of innovative functional foods, made of local fruit of the Sabina area.
