The FRUFUN Operating Group, set up under measure 16.1 of the Lazio PSR 2014-2020, was born from the collaboration between researchers of CREA Engineering and agri-food transformations, University of Tuscia and FOSAN and some fruit producers of the Sabina area aiming to apoly innovative methods for a low environmental impact production of innovative functional foods, made of local fruit of the Sabina area.
