NANOVETTORE CONIUGATO CON TSH PER IL TRATTAMENTO DEL CANCRO DELLA TIROIDE

NANOVETTORE CONIUGATO CON TSH PER IL TRATTAMENTO DEL CANCRO DELLA TIROIDE

The present invention provides an innovative small unilamellar liposome presenting TSH on their surface. This nanocarrier can be loaded with atleastone drug suitable for the treatment of a thyroid disease (both hydropilic and hydrophobic can be loaded), in particolar gemcitabine was proposed, and is suitable for the increase of the intracellular delivery of a substance to a cell expressing TSHR. Said liposome can be used for the preparation of a medicament for the treatment of a disease of thyroid gland, in particolar thyroid neoplasia. The present invention also provides a pharmaceutical composition comprising the liposome, in particular for intravenous administration
