Through the web interface, the system will allow to monitor the degree of moisture in the soil and the level of solar radiation. You can also set the amount of irrigation through interval time between a watering and the other and the pump activation time / solenoid.
The system will be powered by solar cell and rechargeable batteries because the connection to the cloud will be through device with the open protocol LoRa and thanks to the infrastructure www.thethingsnetwork.org . The LoRa devices have very low power consumption and allow a very long autonomy.
