Summary: Claudio Ferrari is Senior Researcher at IMEM-CNR Institute, Parma and is a recognized expert in the field of x-ray diffraction for the x-ray characterization of semiconductor heterostructures and devices also at the nanoscale. More recently, he is using his expertise for the development of new materials for electronic or optoelectronic application. He is the author of more than 190 papers on international journals, 15 invited talks, 6 book chapters and 3 international patents. He was selected as evaluator of several European and national projects.
He has been responsible of several national and international research projects
