PolyShaper
PolyShaper 3D is a technology invented and implemented by our team over several years. It consists of a resistive wire which, once powered by current, heats up and can cut the styrofoam. By shaping this wire like the silhouette of a milling tool and coupling it to a CNC machine, it turns into an instrument that can make any shape on the styrofoam.

The PolyShaper Team is a high skilled group of engineers with different backgrounds (Mechanics, Electronics and Informatics) and many of them coming from the university research world. Join together to form an Italian startup, namely GIPAT srls with the aim to create machine with common or new technologies but always with the objective to "make it easy" and for everyone.
