Rhex V2
Rhex is an open source hexapod robot built to make experiments and play around with robotics concepts. it has 6 legs with 3 motors each and is equipped with a camera, gyroscope and accelerometer, piezoresistive pressure sensors on all the legs and various sensors for navigation. it is based on a Raspberry pi 3B+ and an STM32 board. this enables it to interact with people and objects and mantain equilibrium and pose at the same time thanks to precise pressure sensors on all the legs. through its camera it can recognize faces, QR codes and signs to give him instructions without a remote control

My name is Niklas Sallali i come from Matera in italy and i'm 16 years old. I'm studying electronics at school but most importantly at home. my favourite hobby is making life-like robots (mainly hexapods) and high voltage devices like singing dual resonant tesla coils.
