SPE3D-APP Project
We realize ergonomic supports in 3D printing to personalize the driving system of electric wheelchairs and to fix a smartphone, which natively contains the necessary measurement technology (accelerometers, gyroscopes, etc.), on the back of the hand. We develop APP to support clinical practice for measuring the angles of movement of the wrist joint (flexion/extension, adduction/abduction, pronation/supination) and to compare the trajectories performed with the old joystick in respect to the new custom prototype during the wheelchair driving
