The Fondazione Mondo Digitale (FMD) is committed to the creation of an inclusive learning society in which innovation, instruction, inclusion and fundamental values are all combined to work together. The potential benefits offered by learning, new technologies and innovation must be made available to everyone without any form of discrimination. The FMD mission is to promote the sharing of human knowledge, social innovation, and social inclusion, with particular orientation to the categories at greatest risk of being excluded. FMD has created two years ago the first italian InnovationGym. Phyrtual InnovationGym is a gym for experiential learning and the practice of innovation through all of its possible expressions: civic, social and technological innovation. It’s an open space powered by youth for citizens and organisations, schools, enterprise and universities. It’s a meeting place for new and old professions and trades focusing on traditional and digital creation, experimentation and creativity to stimulate professional growth, self-enterprise and 21st century skills. At the booth we will show the main activities for kids: robotics, coding, digital making, media art.
