EAGLE (Enhanced Authentication with GaLileo dEvice) is an innovative device, which integrates an high-precision GNSS receiver with the capability of authenticating the position through the GNSS satellite signal recording, the I.D. satellite tracked, and their position in orbit.
Basically, EAGLE introduces the possibility of a “Fluid Limited Traffic Zone”, in which fixed gates is no longer the standard method to regulate dynamically downtown access.

SpaceEXE is an innovative start- up (decree 18 October 2012, n. 179) born the February 4 2013 founded by Alessandro Di Felice and Mirko Antonini.
We believe that values and attitudes of entrepreneurs are a key asset for the adventure of SpaceEXE, a complete mix of skills and abilities that, despite the small size, allows to properly assign tasks, to clearly define roles and to organize an effective company structure in earliest years of life. It is responsive to the needs of flexibility and dynamism of each small economic reality, but also allow to set the desired growth.
Alessandro Di Felice has several years of intense and successful experiences focused on Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Strategies, but also comprising Project Management and System Engineering. He has developed his skills and expertise in the field of Space, Defence, Aerospace and Telecommunication business. Alessandro has also an extensive technical experience in Ground Segment Engineering and Operations of Space Missions.
He has a goal oriented attitude, motivated by and committed to results. He shows a good level of decision making and a very high level of creativity which is often and appropriately used during the development of business cases and opportunities. He has excellent Team Working skills; he is very good at setting priorities, at organizing the work and he delivers always on time. He has innate leadership skills and he is capable of coaching and supervising other people’s work, definitely a team player.
Mirko Antonini started is carrier at the University of Rome Tor Vergata in 2001 where he received his Ph.D. in 2004 with a thesis on “Status and trends in satellite navigation”. He was the manager and educational coordinator of the M.Sc. in “Advanced Communication and Navigation Satellite System”. He also managed most of the GNSS related projects of Tor Vergata University and led a team of 3 to 6 researchers from 2001 to 2010. He was author of about 30 publications and member of many national and international scientific societies and association. Within IEEE Aerospace and Electronics System Society, he was elected treasurer in 2010. He also received the award “Young knight of Honor” from the Province of Rome for its merit in research in 2009.
