Holey is a solution that can fabricate 3D printable orthopedic braces that solve all plaster cast problems and can replace both prefabricated and complicated custom-made braces. The process for creating a brace involves firstly that the limb is 3D scanned through our scanner, specially developed to be use by medical staff, in fact, it is able to acquire a 360 ° scan in 30 "automatically. After that our software, starting from the previously acquired geometries, automatically builds a 3D model of the brace and finally it can proceeds to 3D printing. Braces can also accommodate sensors inside them which can monitor patients stats and collect data for further analysis.

Holey is a young startup born in 2016 thanks to the winning of theaward as the best startup in Regione Lazio. Subsequently it was incubated at Bic Lazio and accelerated by the Bioupper program. It was founded by 3 young researchers in the fields of medical and computer engineering.
