G12 - Low-cost myoelectric hand prosthesis for children from the age of 3, 4 years.
The G12 is a miniaturized hand with integrated mechanism and motor. The elements of the hand are designed to be printed in 3D and Open Source.
The socket element that marries the stump is perfectly adapted. This socket is equipped with EMG sensors to open and close the hand with muscular contractions.
Due to the low cost of 3D printing, prostheses can be adapted and renewed according to the child's growth. This prosthesis can be manufactured in the most remote areas of the world. The prosthesis can also be used without motor.
