Frankestein 3.0
The project saw students engaged in reviving an old toy robot by reconstructing the circuitry and designing both the control software and the app for piloting and interfacing. The project evolved from version 1.0 to 3.0 whose level of complexity increased as students appropriated new skills. From the rudimentary version 1.0, infrared guide, we arrive, passing through the Bluetooth piloting, to the 3.0 version where the IoT technology takes control thanks to the MQTT protocol.

Corso articolazione Elettrotecnica ITI "A. Russo" Nicotera (VV)
The project started in the 2016/2017 school year with version 1.0 by the fourth classes of the Electrotechnical articulation. The same students, the following year, created version 2.0 and then graduated. The 3.0 version was taken care of by the students of the current fourth classes (2018/2019) and this was possible because in our institute it was decided to bring forward one year the laboratory activities of the specialization subjects, from the second year instead of the third with a special internal project , thus expanding the training offer.
