Forme di triangoli e riconoscimento di gesti

The shape of a triangle can be algebraically measured. This measure allows to define a distance
between shapes of triangles. A gesture can be approximated by a polygonal curve. Considering
three consecutive points of such polygonal curve as vertices of a triangle, we can associate to a
gesture the sequence of shapes of such triangles. The distance between two gestures can be
obtained by comparing the distance between the shapes of triangles of the two polygonal curves.
Starting from simple interactions with triangles you will experience the distance between shapes, and
then between gestures.
