DEEP FIELD 4.0 (ITS4.0)
The project, implemented as part of the ITS4.0 project in collaboration with the MIUR and the Ca 'Foscari University of Venice, involved the construction of a irrigation valve that could regulate the supply of water to the crops in operation of various factors, starting from the soil moisture, but which involves the development of the analysis of other information, such as the type of soil, plant, season, ...
The peculiarity of the project was to carry out the whole process following the Design Thinking methodology, so the students could work closely with the company from the needs analysis phase to the prototype realization

ITS CUCCOVILLO
The project was carried out by the students of ITS Cuccovillo in collaboration with Bosch Modugno (BA).
The coordination of the project was carried out by Roberto Vingiani, ITS Director, while technical support in the company was carried out by Martino Bruni, Salvatore Ercole, Luigi Spadaccino, Angelo Fiore and Arianna Stefanoni
The Students involved were Andrea Quarto, Vito Rotolo, Massimo Corrado, Giovanni Piccininni, Michele Difonzo, Giuseppe Marazia, Pasquale Aquilino, Arcangelo Minei.
ITS Cuccovillo provides post-diploma professional training courses in the mechanical / mechatronic field and pays particular attention to the needs of partner companies in terms of technology and innovation.
Among the first ITS born in Italy, it has always obtained the rewarding from the MIUR for the monitoring related to the quality of the provided routes and to the correspondence to the needs of the Territory (employability)
