Medisystem for Food: 3 technologies in 1 system.
Amil Care Italia developed Medisystem for Food, which combines the effectiveness of different technologies with the aim of: achieve first contact surfaces which are sanitised to hygienic levels that reduce recontamination on the processed food, prolong the shelf-life of the food while maintaining the characteristics of the same.
The system: automated micronebulisation of hydrogen peroxide, new generation photocatalysis with LED lamps and tungsten trioxide, cold plasma.
Medisystem for Food allows to achieve particularly significant purification and sanitisation results, even with regard to odours, at a speed not found today in any other application.
