IN QUATTRO, TWO-PHASE COOLING: IL RAFFREDDAMENTO DEL FUTURO PER L’ELETTRONICA TERRESTRE E SPAZIALE.

Evolution of electronics leads to miniaturization and power increase with a consequent increase of thermal power densities. Cutting-edge Technology in Thermal Cooling, In Quattro has developed an innovative two-phase advanced thermal management system for high power electronics, both for earth and space applications, to meet demanding cooling requirements in terms of compactness, weight and energy-consumption. The In Quattro team has a strong experience in multi-gravity fields and it is involved in many international projects such as ‘TEXTAROSSA’ for HPC servers and ‘BARIDI SANA’ to conduct experiments on a Two-Phase Pumped Loop system on board the Chinese Space Station in orbit by 2022.
