SAI COSA MANGI? Qualità, sicurezza e sostenibilità degli alimenti

Quality, safety, traceability, and sustainability are the key words for the agrifood. Quality, in its widest meaning of increased possession of positive characteristics; safety, as absence of hazards arising from food consumption and reduced risk of taking toxic or harmful substances through diet; traceability, as opportunity to document the history of a product along the supply chain, from farm to fork; sustainability, taking into account the environmental diet impact, and that consumption choices impact individuals, the society and the environment.
