Come rappresentante Automotive per ST ho avuto l’occasione di presentare dei casi reali nell’ambito automobilistico, dove siamo presenti con i nostri prodotti: ho conosciuto i maker e gli appassionati di tecnologia che li usano, ma soprattutto ho avuto modo di consolidare e tessere nuovi rapporti e collaborazioni con le diverse Squadre Corse universitarie presenti, ed ingaggiare nuovi partner interessati al loro utilizzo. Un’esperienza di grande valore da ripetere.

Freya is a unique Artificial Intelligence, inspired by Natural Computing, and able to create quality ice cream recipes, even with no milk or added sugars. Freya is creative being able to provide different versions of the same recipe. Freya self-learns and solves the most complex cases in full autonomy, providing gelato recipes with optimized physical parameters.
Freya surpasses human capabilities, but does not intend to replace the work of the gelato maker: she simply expands his possibilities!

Fabio and Aldo Pasquarella have thirty years of experience in the gelato field as entrepreneurs and authors of courses and training activities on behalf of schools and institutions, as well as consultants for artisanal and industrial productions.
Passionate about science, with several certifications in AI, physics, chemistry and nutrition, they are authors of the blog didatticagelato.it, which is a reference in the open content dissemination of the science of ice cream, as well as the Free-zing APP! : the most advanced software for the forecast analysis of a recipe.
