CARTA CONTA 4.0
Using a Raspberry Pi, a single board computer, the system reads the height of the pile of sheets of corrugated cardboard from the binder machine, calculates the number according to the thickness, detects any discrepancy with that provided by the ERP system, generates an alert, sends the updated data to the ERP, reprints the tag.
The innovation consists of detecting the outcome of the manual operation of scrap sheets out of standard turning it into digital and integrating it with the company ERP.
The project was developed with the Design Thinking method by the students of the ITS course for HIGHER TECHNICIAN FOR AUTOMATION AND MECHATRONIC SYSTEMS (ROBOTICS AND INDUSTRY 4.0).

They are students enrolled in the first year of the course ITS for ADVANCED TECHNICIAN FOR AUTOMATION AND MECHATRONIC SYSTEMS (ROBOTICS AND INDUSTRY 4.0).
They developed the project within the didactic module Industria 4.0 coordinated by engineer Leopoldo Zanini.
