A real example of how, water and flour, by our POPpastella, can create and spread worldwide a simple, low-cost product, alternative to POPcorn, French fries or other street food products, currently limited to Neapolitan cuisine traditions.
Prototype in its basic version, it can be expanded to reach the desired productivity, with proportional margins.
Productivity is very high, the costs of the basic elements negligible; low energy consumption, it supplies a product to be eaten hot as soon as it is produced.
