Giorgio Marcatili
I was born in Rome in the last century. I have a degree in aeronautical engineering and an MBA. I have a passion for the sea and building things. As a child, I took apart everything I could. My passion for the sea led me to serve as an officer in the Navy, then as a surfer and finally as a kiter. I still practice kitesurfing with good results. To make a living, I became the technical director of the family business and then started my own business producing products for boating. I have always been interested in mechanics, electronics and programming and have made the design and construction of automatic machines one of my passions in life. I teach at Rufa, where I help students turn their ideas into tangible objects.
