The prototype that will be presented represents the evolution of its predecessor, with which it shares the main characteristics. It is a prototype of a Formula-style car, with a tubular chassis and an endothermic engine derived from motorcycle production, a 690cc KTM LC4.
Among the special features are: the aerodynamic package consisting of a front wing, three-element bottom and rear wing, the steering wheel completely designed and built in-house and the pull-rod suspension scheme at the front axle and push-rod at the rear axle.
Scuderia Tor Vergata - Università degli Studi di Roma Tor Vergata
Scuderia Tor Vergata is the Formula Student team of the University of Rome Tor Vergata. Founded in 2009, the Scuderia has, over the years, welcomed hundreds of students united by a passion and a common goal: to share and apply the technical and theoretical knowledge acquired during their university studies for the construction of a single-seater.
Since its foundation, the team has designed and built ten prototypes participating in more than 15 international events.
To date, the team consists of over 80 students.
