A seaplane is a specific airplane that has the possibility to land and take off from water. This type of plane was widely used in the first half of the 20th century.
This project has the objective to create a working seaplane that uses a mix of the technologies from the past and from the present.
Afther this long phase of studies and experiments in wich i am right now i will work for creating a seaplane capable of helping ships in the mediterranean sea.
Federico Giannakopoulos
Federico Giannakopoulos is an high school student that in the last few years begun having a passion for the makers sector. A few years ago another project, the BET-1 electric car, was present in the website of the Maker Fair. Before that Federico built a plastic bottle raft. In the meantime he conducted by itself studies on the basics of fluid dynamics and on documents from NASA and NACA.
