Laboratori di Infrastrutture Viarie e Trasporti Roma Tre: tra tecnologia e innovazione
The project shows the technologies of the road infrastructures and transport laboratories of Roma Tre University. Instruments for tracking, tracing and classifying vehicular and pedestrian flows such as Radar and laser systems, GPS, optical cameras, drones will be exhibited. The technologies will be illustrated as well as the ongoing and future experiments involving their adoption. Moreover, the advancement in the production of digital models of transportation infrastructure and its related assets will be illustrated. Through virtual and augmented reality viewers, such models will be visualized in an innovative context that can show the potential of such tools for the analysis of digital twins of civil infrastructures.
