Argo Case is a modular control which, thanks to sensors of different types such as vibration, current consumption, machine ignition, door opening and closing, collects data from any machine without the need for an existing IoT connection. Using a Wi-Fi-connected Arduino board linked to a server, it utilizes cloud commands to organize data gathered from the sensors within Google Sheets. The collected data can be used to process information and build a custom and compressed dashboard for a better understanding of the operational status of each individual machine, with the aim of enhancing the production process and enabling predictive maintenance.
