Domenico Galdiero is a 25 year old entrepreneur, passionate about electronics and innovation. Raised in Naples, graduated from Galileo Ferraris, he moved to Turin to study electronic engineering at the Polytechnic. He founded the startup Dropper, currently incubated at the POLITO innovative businesses incubator (i3P). With the aim of improving society through technology, Dropper creates devices and platforms for people counting. The objective is to manage the overcrowding of premises, allowing the study and management of influxes of people. Through different types of devices, shops will be able to study the routes in their premises by identifying the products of greatest interest, supermarkets and discos will be able to contain the flow of people, university students will be able to have an application to understand which study room has the most seats available. All Dropper devices respect people's privacy, because no personal data is collected.
