Ciro Virtual Tour
The "Ciro Virtual Tour" is a virtual reality application that, by a smartphone or PC, allows the user to explore the environment where the Scipionyx Sanniticus, the baby dinosaur known as Ciro, lived. The whole environment was created in 3D digital modeling subsequently texturized. The result is a 360 digital paleo space.

AURUS (Augmented Reality for Urban Systems) is an open research group that brings together scholars, researchers and curious people interested in the adoption of new technologies in urban context.The research interest of AURUS is particularly directed towards the most innovative dimension of the technology currently available which is Augmented Reality and Mixed Reality in order to envisage the future space of the city. Another of the basic intentions shared by the group is the use of Open Source software platforms and environments that can promote widespread and collaborative access to the development of projects and a free and free distribution of the applications developed.
The digital model of Ciro has been developed with the support of supported by paleontologists belonging to the University of Sannio, coordinated by prof. O. Amore and the AuRUS research group.
