DIGICOG-MS

DIGICOG-MS

DIGICOG-MS (DIGItal assessment of COGnitive impairment in Multiple Sclerosis) is a time-efficient, smartphone- and tablet-based app for self-assessment and monitoring of cognitive functions for people with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). DIGICOG-MS includes electronic evaluations taking inspiration from paper-based tests that assess the most affected cognitive domains in MS, as information processing speed, verbal and visual-spatial memory, and language, by two different self-administration modalities: (i) unsupervised (i.e., without any supervision) and (ii) supervised (i.e., with a remote supervision of a clinician). The use of DIGICOG-MS will be beneficial also for clinicians by simplifying administration and scoring procedures and in the proposal of a personalized rehabilitative intervention.
