At the time of the revival of vinyl, the invention looks like
a sustainable alternative for the production of phonographic discs through
an innovative process that reduces energy consumption and
to eliminate the use of PVC. Unlike common printing processes,
generally including hot stamping by means of a press
hydraulic, it provides for the simple cold casting of a solution
composed of 97.5% water and 2.5% natural gelling agent on a
common stamping matrix: the layer formed by pouring is
left to solidify, then removed and applied to a support element,
as recycled cardboard
