FRUFUN

The FRUFUN project - Low environmental impact production of innovative functional foods with fruit produced by agricultural businesses in the Sabine area is in continuity with the activities of the FRUFUN Operational Group set up under measure 16.1 of the PSR Lazio 2014-2020, born from the collaboration between researchers of CREA Engineering and agri-food transformations, University of Tuscia and FOSAN and some fruit producers of the Sabina area aiming to apoly innovative methods for a low environmental impact production of innovative functional foods, made of local fruit of the Sabina area. In particular, the works of the Operating Group focus on combating the phenomena of quality loss and food waste.
