The VALSARE project - Fight against climate change in the olive production chain through the enhancement of pomace and pruning residues is in continuity with the activities of the VALSARE Operational Group established as part of Submeasure 16.1 of the PSR Lazio 2014-2020, born from the collaboration between University of Tuscia and some olive oil producers in Sabina with OP LATIUM leader.
