The vinification machine BINUBONU2013 is exploited in wine cellars for the automated analysis of red wines fermentation in micro vinification and quality vinification.
ARDUINO provides remount, checking and temperature anomalies notice, as well as BABO sugar degree.
Data to be set: time of remount, min-max temperature values, BABO reading values.
The data will be recorded and appear on the display.
Standard equipment: selection aut/man, manual remount, emergency stop, plug IEC309 pump.

CLASSE 4° ITI - IIS VOLTA DI NUORO prof Gianfranco TORE docente di Elettrotecnica ed Elettronica
There are 8 students in class 4 ITI, all of them coming from class 3 (former school year).
They are from the surroundings of Nuoro.
Students in this class have good learning skills and they usually take active part to all the activities.
Some are more concerned in technical subjects, suggesting teachers interesting follow up ideas, especially during laboratory activities.
At present, they are working on a close analysis in “Environmental Monitoringâ€, which is strictly linked to a SIRIO project, and show a vivid interest in the development of the automated vinification machine BINUBONU, with special focus on its control and system management.
On the whole, the students study with merit, and some are very good in technical disciplines.
