The Food Innovation Program (FIP) is a full-time, advanced Master’s that brings a distinguished caliber of professors, opinion leaders and entrepreneurs together from all over the world to radically evolve the world of food and innovation. Professionals with wide expertise in food, health, technology, policy and agriculture are designing the food of the future with the tools of OffiCUcina, a new-generation workshop designed and built specifically for the program in Reggio Emilia.
